Was at Guardian just now and saw many brands of toothpaste that claim to be 'Whitening' all with slightly different mix of ingredients. My Colgate total whitening doesnt seems to work brushing twice a day with OralB toothbrush. Which toothpaste is the best to whiten?

Go for "BrightSmile" teeth whitening system. The procedure itself only takes 1 hour, and it is permanent (or at least very long lasting). Here's a dental clinic in Mount Elizabeth Medical Centre that offers the service :

There's at least one dental clinic on top of Parkway Parade (5th floor, highest floor possible) that also offers this service. Just walk around that floor, you'll see their "BrightSmile" teeth whitening posters on their door, so easy to identify. -
If its at Mount elizabeth hospital, it ain't cheap.

Sometimes the natural color of teeth cannot be white unless 'bleach'
