Where to shop for beach clothing?

  Not really going to the beach but i'm thinking of getting some beach wear since the weather is so hot.I may wear it when going to town so it can't be too "lak kok"...
  
  Maybe a thin tee, bermuda's and flip flops...which shops to get those from?
  
  Bermuda's i think OP or Billabong or Ripcurl...which is better?
  
  But where do i get thin tees?
