Pacific Internet???

  I'm planing to get a broadband 512k, but i'm a penny pintching kinda guy....
  
  I saw this ad that Pacific Internet 512k is $19++ per month but I heard a bunch of bad rumors about pacific internet...
  
  So, is it the same as singnet and starhub?

  Be careful about being penny wise pound foolish. unlimited plans better.

  I have been using Pacnet for years... and I had just switched pacnet's 512 unlimited to Singnet 512 unlimited plans.
  
  I can tell you that the Pacnet Billing is inefficient and the Techical help are forever on hold, besides it is more expensive.
  
  I actually got faster Singnet's technical assistance and the download speed is 15% faster... and I saved $12 off the monthly bill... so far I have not got any problem with Singnet usage... no regrade from switching.
  
  My adviced , apply for unlimited services instead of timed billing....

  yeah...i am totally pissed off with their technical support! I once waited for for 1 fcuking hour and yet still nobody pick up the phone for technical support! cb
