While you cannot download copyrighted items from P2P servers in Singapore, can you talk about it online? Like can you tell others where to get torrents for applications, movies, music download etc.
Is it against the law as this action is something like advertising the P2P download of illegal items.
No you can't ba.
You are advertising for the illegal items and/or gaining indirect/direct benefits from it.
However, the cops won't do anything about it, unless the legal company takes action.
isnt it more sensible to take action against people who download then people who merely talk about it?
