U using .. MP3 player or Phone with MP3?

  last time used to bring mp3 player when i go for jogging... very mafan cos i want to bring handphone..

  me fone can play mp3 but i neber use it (the mp3 function)
  
  if u are a jogger, get an mp3-player that does not have movable parts......
  if u use mp3-hp, it jerk jerk jerk as u jog later the fone spoil faster

  i used to have mp3 using Senni headphone.. i listen for yrs then my ears abit pain.. so i want to switch to mp3 hanhphone with speakers.. so i can play thru speakers at my own listening level while jogging
