Cyclists! When u all "SUP" corners offroad...

  ...and u are using platform pedals, which method do u use?
  
  assuming u are turning left..
  
  1) Motorcross style: Stick your left leg out when "Supping" left.
  
  2) Right pedal down, left pedal up..lean into the bend.
  
  I personally find the 1st method more stable , especially at high speeds and low tracton areas as your centre of gravity is lowered.
  
  Wad about u people? which method do u use?
