  outside my window is military barrack with trees blocking it. Can't seem to see the rifle range at all, only the shelter where people always group together...

  but very serene leh the place. just kinda strange it's still not upgrading, like closer and closer to SERS kind. if tg pagar RTM is closed one day, tat area surely gone replaced by new MRT station and new commerical/residential/distripark centre.
