Is it possible to change from Poly to JC?

Just wondering, if it was possible, and how'd they do it..

if u never put JC as ur first choice in JAE, think u can go apply again and get admitted.

yes you can... go see the principal personally with your guardians
was in jc based on prelims, left jc after the O's results, went into a poly course not too sure what i wanna do.... but one month into it decided i wanna be a lawyer instead......so went to see the principal, got an earful and resumed..... -

Yup you may, the best and easiest way is to wait one more year.
No earful, no worries of insufficient seats. -

A triathlon betray my jc and join TJC wen my jc give him a chance to spend 1 yr off studies to train 4 sea games

I also wanna switch from poly to JC but I am afraid of my Dad-he'll scold me for being indecisive and not listening to him in the first place.

I say go ahead and make the switch if you feel you'll be better off in a JC. If he give's you a scolding, so be it-just grin and bear with it for a few minutes. I say a few minutes of scolding is better than a few years of regret for not following your heart. -

JC is much, much worse than poly in terms of sheer pressure and workload. Not to mention the fact that you MUST go on to qualify for university. Otherwise, you'll be wasting two years in a JC, and you would have been better off just sticking to your original decision to be in a poly.
So make a decision quickly and stick with it. If you want to be in a JC, be prepared to work hard. -

I just don't like the environment in poly.
I feel JC is more to mmy style.

And in my disappointment, I applied for SP.

And I got F9 for CCA, sad right.

my JC still accepting people last month 4th week though... if u want to try appealing in can still try.
BUT prepare to do lots of catch up if you didnt enter JC for 1st 3 mths. 4 topics of phy, 4 topics of chem, 8 topics of maths to cover.
If u had entered 1st 3 months but gone to poly after that and wanna come back... 2 topics of phy 2 topics of chem 4 topics of maths.
and not forgetting that a GC is a MUST -
I am a real life example-I switched from SP IT course to JJC.Of course I wasted a semester of poly fees and textbooks.Nevertheless,in retrospect,that was one of the most correct and significant decisions of my life.

I went in 97 and grad in 98.
