anyway i only sleep about 7½ hours on a school day, and 9 - 10 hours on a weekend/holiday.
the strange thing is that i can't rest in the afternoon, because if i do i won't be able to fall asleep until about 1 - 4am, resulting in even more sleep loss. also i tend to get sleep paralysis more when i disrupt my sleep patterns. -
hmm.. it depends... when i'm rushing my school assignment, i can dun sleep.. remember juz recently before my holidays juz coz of last minute work i didn't sleep for days...lol... well, when schooling, i sleeps for like 5-6 hours and when weekend comes, i will usually sleep for like 8 hours perhaps.. estimated time... but will nap if i got nothing to do in the afternoons... haha.. tat's me...

i can operate without sleep for over 48 hours at a stretch, without feeling tired or giddy for most of it.
