  Is it normal to have headache when ur da yi ma is coming?Coz my gf always take panadol to ease the pain and i know its bad for health.Pls advise..

  So it means that u need to take panadol when u having menstruation, is there any choice besides taking panadol as i know its bad for health.

  Ponstan and Pamprin are two that I've used.

  Sorry. Pamprin's an American brand. Forgot, oops! Didn't know that you need a prescription for Ponstan.

  It's the pink coloured types? It's meant for menstruation.

  I always find that taking a warm shower or using warm compresses usually help.
  
  Exercising (taking a walk, slow jog, etc.) usually does the trick too. I'm not bent on taking meds because there's usually side effects, unless I'm in severe pain.
