8 weeks already
almost end of the series of classes..
tone down? i actually gained weight.. but it's due to a month of overeating
it's tough as heck.. i think i'll sign up again if they start again
good stuff.. only thing is, i should try to do it more often... but each day when i go home, i'm so tired all i want to do is vege

nah.. it's on monday... i used to watch it but i haven't watched it since my office bowling league started
bowling is more fun than the show -

it's tough coz we don't use those muscles which they are working...
cycling for an hour like a lunatic isn't as tough as the 1 hour at Pilates...
