if it is a house, whether the roof leaks.......

Location - near mrt annot ? CBD area annot ? If not, do you have a car, cuz got car, everywhere is convenient.
Windows facing which side, if u get those that is hot all the way from morning to afternoon to midday 1 ar.. you really can die.

Price - budget.

Check the apt block on the ground floor in the evenings. Is there a lot of rubbish thrown down by people? That shd give you an idea.
