That is becuz nowadays there are too much focus on love teaching. They believe not in corporal punishment to teach their kids. Back to my younger days, corporal punishment was THE ONE way to teach us to be disciplined and proper. With those teaching methods all gradually phased out by love teachings, you see they breed such kind of brats.
I dare to say if we bring back the old days of teachings, we definitely will have much quieter and obedient kids in MRT
