2) I'm not really sure, but some cocktails, e.g. Singapore Sling, are shaken while others, e.g. martini, are stirred. I suppose the former mixes the ingredients more thoroughly.
3) Draught beer comes straight from the keg. For some reason, it tastes better than bottled and canned beer. -

3) From the tap, and yes it tastes better because the storage conditions are different and there won't be as many preservatives, if any. -

no lah...they can easily be gotten from chinese shops...and good when you go house-warming or if there are some festivities or auspicious occasion.
Good when you have a group to watch soccer and have side dishes of peanuts (steamed), and some xiao chai like fried fish, preserved vegetables, and gou hiang, etc. -
