Working hours in the gov sector

i received the ns registration letter but found i cound not complete the registration online,hence i made a call over to the mindef office and was told to go down to cmpb building personally
ok,so i took hafday from work
with reluctance of course,aint me to take off or leave
i went down at 3 from bedok to tanjong pagar and bus to cmpb building
was rushing,reached there at 4.45pm
officers tehre told me to come back another day or wait for the other before making another trip to request for deferment
ok so wats this FUCK about?
isnt it from 9am-5pm?
they already shut down their system at 4.45pm
anotehr guy who rushed there was turn down to complete the deferment process
to me tis fuk,so wat if its a gov sector?
bank like dbs which closes at 5pm,do extend their service to finish awaiting cus,at the least,they dun shut down their system b4 closing time
fuking ass office there,those fellows at cmpb WERE EVEN CHITCHATTING THERE!and waiting for needle to hit 5Pm
wtf...these ppl shld fuk off and DIE

and now im gonna call the cus service to ask wat im gonna do
if they gonna tell me to go down anotehr time,sure i'll do..only if within my convience,they can fuk for all i care,cz they were wrong in the 1st place -

like i said,since they provide service in accordance to their convience,the next time i go down,will too b subjected to my conviences,they can send officers for all i care,best is they reprimand me,n i'll tell them about their fkin lousy quality -

Well... guess what? I don't think the one who serve you is an officer, they are either those DXO-EA or NS-Fulltime like you soon to be. So if you don't like this exprience, remember this encounter and make sure you won't be the same as them after you enlist into NS.
At the mean time, instead of sitting and whine infront of your monitor screen, you can either call or feedback online on the poor service you recieved.

Let's just say Mindef works in a slightly different way from other Stat Boards and Ministries. You juz gotta play by their rules. Heck even their accounts are always so messy when the so and so official govt body do the annual accounts audit checks. So go figure

Never bother them at 4.30 onwards. Service is cheap talk only. Like the smile 2006 we are told to give ..

A show or an effort to really step up service quality?
Mayb if this was brough up to them somehow,the gov bodies shld reform their dept b4 making a powerful statement on national tv about giving good services when in the first place,godo services shld begin in the gov sectors -
