For me I don't bathe before go out cuz I know when I came back I gotta bathe again so waste water. So before I go out I will splash water on face comb hair abit pick clothing and then put on shoes go out. Average timing is ard 15-20 minutes at most.
Water is precious in Spore, please save on water ok?
Btw when I bathe come out, I wont go out again cuz wait get body sticky means muz bathe again. The exception to this rule will be urgent matter crops up like got relatives died or go hospitals need go see them

wear home clothes walk around the house dilly dally put contact lens 15-20min
pick clothes 10-15min can be longer
hair 10min
dilly dally see see 10min
around 1hr 30min to prepare.
nearby stores:
2min wash face
10min hair
5min change clothes if necessary -
muz see go where lor...
go school i drag in bed -1 hr(without grooming,can go to class without grooming cuz i noe there will be no chio bus there to see
)
go hangout with girls -10min(sometimes 20mins too groom)
go other place also muz groom nice nice -10 to 15 mins bah -
