  Hi ppl, is it free to use the gps function on some pda? do i need to pay the service or not? it GPS not GPRS, ppl dun mistaken ok. thanks

  yes, maps are loaded from memory. it comes pre-installed with the device, when u paid for the device, the price is all inside le.

  if u ask for advanced services like call cab or that kind of thing then need to pay gprs lor.
  
  if they have malaysia (at least all major towns+SJ+PJ+AMP+PJ+CJ)+singapore map inside, i might consider changing phone..

  so just use the gps to check where my location on the map is free la? is it true? I haven't buy yet. that y i ask all this question. I thought of buying 6515.

  yes. gps radio is free of charge for usage, and the map is in the machine.
  
  6515's ringtone hard is soft, other than that no complains. if u wan latest, its successor is 6900.
