I'd leave him to die.
Because since he wanted to die in the first place, just let him be. -
ask the person if he wan to die or not..if he wan to die talk him round it..if he dont wan to die..ask him go and die lar..

Call the cops immediately, stay with him/her until the authorities arrive...gruesome it may be, but another fellow human's life is at stake

And since he wanted to die.. u see him poor thing on the ground want to die also cannot die, u should walk forward and kill him instead.

stay by him, ask if he has any last words to his family members. The saddest thing for a human being is to die alone.

Better just call 995..... He probably got a concusion, spinal injuries and multiple broken bones.... Moving him may actually kill him, then you will get charged with homiside not amounting to murder....
Anyway, best thing to do is to convince him to leave all his stuff with you and use your handphone to record as evidence. -

He probably deserves that death...else if he were a good man, he wouldn't have to kill himself. People who normally kill themselves are usually people who do not have anyone else to turn to in their most desperate moments. Reason for their consequences are probably the way they lived their lives and how they treated the people around them. -
try to save him.

Call the relavant authorities n wait. Dont touch him unless you know anything about first aid. Even if you know. Risky, you never know if his ribs are broken. Administering CPR might risk puncturing his lungs. So you might aid in killing him instead of saving him.
