Do you chew your lips?

Anyone has the same problem? I chew on my lips and each time it begins to heal, the skin will be slightly raised and by habit I'll conveniently bite it off again.
This cycle has been going on for a long time, any idea how I can stop it? With each bite it takes longer to heal and I don't want it to be "disfigured" eventually.
Da Chang Jin has the problem too, the centre of the upper lips always has one white patch of healing/raw skin. -
good luck. i've been having it some time back.
not easy, need discipline to get it back, esp when u're sleeping, it's the most easiest to bite into it... mine was as big as the full-tooth length. but once it heals back, then no more troubles le...
prepare tat it may take at least a month... -

i do it sometimes but nv excessively cos i have other distractions like picking the calluses on my hands or twitching my 2nd toe against the first

another irritating habit i have is touching my face, and also touching my chin's stubs, but i've gotten rid of this habit more or less, now face lesser pimples le yay!

yah it's addicting...especially when u wake up in the morning wif dried lips..but now i've cut down.

Oh, it can be very painful! So, I guess the remedy is to try to balance out by drinking herbal tea and avoid getting too heaty. -
