SIM and Citibank payment

  hi all,
  
  for those of you in the know, in SIM, there's this payment option whereby you can pay only S$400 per month(installments) if you sign up for payment via a CitiBank credit card or something along this line.
  they also mention something like no need for interest if you go this route.
  
  is it true anot? can someone advise?

  Don't think SIM would know, since it's payment to bank. SIM probably care about getting the school fees only.

  SIM know the basic requirements and the payment schedule if they got tie-up with the banks or organisations offering grants
  
  But as to the actual approval and stuff, they wont know

  i saw before is no need interest
  
  only for school fees nia
  
  other fees like exam fees, membership and etc etc
  must pay in cash
