  Do you wear contacts at home also?

  i try not to......
  
  have to let my eyes rest lah
  
  weekday nites i take out oni before i sleep
  weekend i try to wear glasses unless going out.....

  Previously yes, bec the old specs felt heavy.
  Now seldom, unless doing sports later.

  If keep wearing contact lens not good for eyes..
  
  very tiring plus, if you have spectacles, it's better to wear it than wearing contacts, because it takes alot of energy for the eyes and also very dry de..
  
  so... if can dun wear, then dun wear lor..

  i only wear contact lens when i am outside
  
  reach home only i will remove immediately and change to glasses

  but if come home, then want to go opp to tabao food, i'll just change to my specs...

  only weekday then I wear, but when reach home then will take out.. weekend, I used spec coz I'm lazy..

  get a pair of stylo mylo specs then can wear specs out mah

  haha...i got do that before...
  
  but my lens r permanent lahz...wun b as bad as disposable...but still strongly not recommended...
  
  my eyes r ok though...but not my lenses....by sleeping w lenses thruout e nite decreases e lifespan....makes e water retention ability not as effective....

  wear specs better but also not cheap now. abt $300-$400. tmd.
  
  heard prolong wearing contact lenses can maintain ur degrees. i think is quite true. hv been maintaining mine since i started wear contact lenses, only abt 12-14 hrs a day.

  at home no.
  
  theres a time i wear for 2 weeks.
  when takin out , the eyes are swollen red and pain
