  being constantly under stress, people kinda stop thinking about it... and when they are supposed to be resting, they can't switch off..
  
  this constant heightened stress levels, causes adrenaline to be at high levels all the time.. while this causes increased levels of alertness for short whiles, if the levels remain elevated for extended periods of time, the immune system starts to fail..
  
  and the person falls ill..

  my mother doesn't work, no stress, everyday stays at home, minimal contact with ppl.......... and she got flu.........

  Yup u r right, flu can kill..
  
  A human in 1 lifetime can contact as much as 200+ kinds of flu.
  
  Depends on their immune system, usually with some or none medication, one body immune system can defeat the flu and store the information in our cells. So, when we contact the same flu again, nothing will happen to us, but this doesn't apply to the same series of flu.
  If the previous flu is mutated, we will still get sick over it.
