ICA building on sat. morning

  Anyone who has experienced before, is there a lot of people at saturday mornings at the ICA building (8 am) when it opens? or are there little people at about 11-12? (i think it closes at 1 pm)

  well, because my father insists it's better to go there later because he thinks there's less people at that time
  
  but i'd rather go earlier
  
  anyway i need to go to 6th floor, no escalators leading to that floor

  i think later in the morning, miss the mad rush.. slightly better
  
  8am is when open.. there is a very long line already and most people will rush in..

  I used to pass by the ICA building every Saturday morning around 8am, and I always saw that long long long line! Like they were queueing for some freebie. What are they queueing for?

  They're queueing to extend passport or anything that got to do with Immigration and Checkpoint.
  
  Actually if you're there closer to 11am will be better.
