Where to find live caricature artists? or comic artists?

yo.... need some assistance here....
Say that i would like to surprise a friend by bringing her for a live caricature drawing on Saturday evening (i.e. TOM EVENING), where can I find one? Anyone knows the prices as well???

outside the current singapore visitor centre...... -
there's one at clarke quay and he charges exhorbitant prices. like $50 for an A4 sized charcoal drawing.
