  i need to know which software tt can edit pictures.. as in sometime remove something from a picture... etc. for example.. if a face is covered.. den can use the software remove the cover.

  eh i have. When i take a picture of a girl i can go home and use the software to remove their clothes and magically i will see what's underneath because for some highly interesting but relatively unknown reason my camera can not only take a picture of an object, it can also take a picture of stuff behind the object. i dont know maybe light can bounce off the subject in front and reach the object behind before reflecting back into my camera lense... kinda like flowing air or water.

  need to know more about what u want out of the editing software.
  
  if:-
  you capture some photographs of masked men or taped some vids of masked men robbing a place u wanna use the software and remove the masked portion of the face hoping to see the other part of the face i say no no software out there can do it. you capture a frame or frames that's it. you remove the portion where the mask is well u get a white portion on the frame or pic...its not like you can see the men's lips or what lip sticks they wear.
  
  if:-
  you captured some tv programes or pics and they have logos of the TV channel or source then u can remove the edited portion of the frame/s or the pic with softwares vailable out there. mayb ppl here can provide a link but i although very free now not bothered to help u search.

  Adobe photoshop la....
  If you want lousy 1, you use microsoft paint and zoom in also can.

  bucz for point A,the camera only took the shot on the coverigns or watever that the light has landed on
  but if ur talking point B,then adobe will do,the mosaic can b removed

  well...maybe in the future there will be programs doing nanometer precision calculation and astronomical accurate prediction thus generating the picture beneath objects based on the shapes and sizes it captured....LoL

  There's no such software. Even if the picture is being edited, the new picture is a finalised product and not a by-project.

  but virtualDub has filters that can do away with network logos as what i have written in an earlier post and one recommented below is X-logo.
