  the government is probably going to conduct a compulsory IQ test for every citizen in Singapore... people with IQ above 110 will be killed... people with IQ lower than 90 will be killed too... OH GOSH! I just can't think any further? This may be really true... so that the government will not face serious threats of being overthrown... OH :'(

  if u dunno, those with high IQ can make their IQ score low. it's very easy.
