he pointed to the advertisment where you could win an ipod and started guestering at everyone.But they all feigned unawareness of his presence, when he left the bus.He said hello and sprouted some random rubbish to some sergeant(3 straps on uniform) outside at the busstop.The army sergeant told him to fuc.k off(i heard) and he ran away like a little kid.

Seriously why the MOH is not doing anything to help those mentally ill ppl to rehabilitate so that they can lead normal lives in public & educate the members of the public to understnad patients condition from depression....

can we have some compassion please? there should be a place for all sorts of people in S'pore. they may be eccentric, but this doesn't mean they should be shunned.

the public can be educated until a PHD level of mental illnesses and show more compassion but it still does not safeguard the public's safety at times.
