"I actually had the liberty of spotting many incidents of patrol cars hiding in the middle of two trailers at big heavy vehicle carparks.
Once I drove close to them, saw one asleep with seat lowered while the other was smoking outside the vehicle, on a lookout. Once he spotted my vehicle, he hid his cigar.
I wanted to snap some photos of their lazyiness but how? They could have charged me for whatever !&#%ed up reason. Afterall, its TWO ****** against two citizens, me and my ex-wife. They would have made things diffcult for us by demanding to know why we were there in the first place.
Trust me, even in DAYTIME, I have seen patrol cars parked at the highest floor of Multi-storey carparks and sleeping."
