Nope. where did you found this flag? I never saw before. And i dun think it exist. the five stars is identical with china. while the red background is identical to myanmar, samoa or taiwan... so my only guess is...the flag is not real....
whatever it is...its not a country official flag... maybe a certain state or county flag?? correct me if im wrong though...
but it does have very close resemblance to Samoa....HELL!! i think it is Samoa!
