I am having interview with MS on product manager. It will be great if you guys can help me to get a sample answer of the following questions:
1)How much experience in cross group collaboration do you have? Please
describe a specific example of when you had to exercise these skills.
2) What is your definition of a well-designed product? Example/Why
3) What can cause a product to slip? How do you safeguard against this?
4) Give me an example of when you had to make feature trade offs.
5) Walk me through the project lifecycle that you have managed, identifying
the major deliverables
6) Tell me about a process that you have had to develop and implement to
better enhance the delivery of the project/product.
7) What do you find gratifying about your role in developing software?

We as microsoft, cleverly designs our applications so that they are vulnerable to viruses, hence our customers will constantly rely on us! -

Describe the experience. How useful it was and what problems you faced. How did the participants solved the problems.... -
