  Hi.. just wanna ask if anyone can recommend me somewhere nice to chill out during the night till maybe around 2+ 3am?
  
  and also... Anyone here knows whether if there are any cafes or any nice bars with life bands as well as nice drinks and atmosphere?

  How about Explorer Zone Cafe at Bishan Park near Bishan Park Sec? Good place to chill out, with tv,alcohol,atmosphere,but no band
