Singnet is a failure IMO

My company uses singnet as their network connection
not juz any home connection to the internet but Buisness/office
but for fake reasons
the whole server was down today
and the company culdnt received important emails and sending of qoutation/ p/o to the clients
the downtime took almost half a day!
thats a very long time and really,such donwtiem will only make cus wanna shun
dun forgot,if u cant deliver what u promise to those buisness companines,u'll suffer a big lose
downtime=company loses $=lose trust in singnet=switch over to other telco
not only that
today since the internet was down and i culdnt find the address of a company,
i called 100 but no respond
ya...100 is a singnet service...
so their telco is oso down?crap -

ya i also experienced it in the afternoon, but not so serious half a day, download things 1kb/sec
i using 1500kbps
anyway if they are doing manteinance....den ok la forgive them...so far last nite and together got extreme lag and disconnection....but can they choose a better time to do manteinance like 3am
hope today the last day of lag
knn jus now i oso need to email some enquiries to printers, so lag the hotmail!!

they r those traditional chinese company
nt like those company in mordern times

singnet is ok. i think your company is just not paying enough..
i'm in charge of a webportal for the entire asia region and we are using singnet.
everything is as per normal. -

Hmm.... tried to switch, but can't. I called up Starhub about broadband for businesses, but they say they don't offer. I no choice use Singnet. Pacnet offers, but it's too expensive...
