Mega Size Store , next door also a Mega market - Giant MegaMart !
Good for those staying East , and maybe Punggol and SengKang residence . -

Yup, new concept learned from the west again! BIG BOX concept wif Courts/Ikea/Giant as main retailers.
As opening multiple small malls dun seem to attract ppl these days......
But place so Ulu, wonder will ppl go all the way there to buy staff or not!

Good la , provide jobs for bus drivers .
Think this store is cater for residence in the East , it's good to drive there as there'll be ample parking space . -

The site for the eastern IKEA and Giant is just next to the TPE/SLE, exiting from Tampines Avenue 10, there's a bus-stop along Tampines Avenue 10, sitting in between IKEA and Giant...
Currently the building has already finished in structural works up to the 2nd level, now doing ducting and electrical work installations for the eastern IKEA Building...
My belief is that they would probably have a feeder service for the commuters to travel to the building when ready from Pasir Ris MRT Station or Bus Interchange, and Giant will adopt its currently feeder idea just like Sembawang and IMM, to bring consumers right to their door step... -
maybe bcos SK, punggol got more and more ppl moving in so this new store can cater........
