Thats a nice pay,is that starting pay or wad?
i'ev worked under a telco company and i know why.
they need to intro a mobile package plan; and each successful plan sold to customers; they will get a commission of at least $300-$500.
it is easy to reach a target of say 40 customers as customers are kept in the dark regarding small lil' details and parts of the T&C.
