few my friends , are taking hydroxycut , for few months already , but no complaints so far , and can see they are losing weight fast , anyway u should take it on and off , have routine , when to take it ,
etc ... monday take , tue off , wednesday take , thursday take , something like that . if u keep on taking it on a daily basic , ur body will get immune to it , and de pill is not as effective as u 1st took it .
go to de gym and ask around , they cmf be lots of ppl who take hydroxycut , ask them how to shedule urself taking hydroxycut
ahh there is a problem, i have taken hydroxycut before... thrice, stopped and taken in btw months and years... have stopped taking it for a year since the last time i hear the more u used, the more ineffective it will be. Though they have changed some of the ingredients before.
actually i had lost 16 kg through exercise and not just through hydroxycut. was living a sedentary life previously. My knee muscle wasn't really attuned to vigourous exercise thus had injured it afew months ago without proper warm-up and cool down. So i had stopped exercising to rest my knee and too busy with studies / other commitments.. so now gain quite alot back.. =(
heard of xendraine.. another brand similar to hydroxycut and was established earlier in USA than hydroxycut. im nt sure whether it is the same brand as u have mentioned.. amino acids?? it is a protein supplements ?
