  Stop buying clothing from pasar malam than zzz.
  Spend more to buy average clothing like nike, addidas, stussy and etc.
  If you are on budget, there are always Hangthen, Bossini Giordano.

  Never hang your clothing out in the sun to dry. Just hang your clothing indoor can liao. Avoid sunlight at all cost.

  Why dun you try separating the colours?
  
  I always separate whites, light coloured, dark coloured...
  
  Jeans will run colour. To prevent fading, wash them inside out.
  
  Clothes that normally run colours are red and black.
  
  Also can try washing new clothes by hand or soaking them for an hour or so to see if they will run colour before mixing with the rest of the laundry...

  first of all, i dont understand what u mean by "run colour"?
  
  i tell tell you that all dyed garments has light fastness, the matter is it it high or low. Those with bad light fastness, exposing them in the sun, or put under spot light in close range will fade colour very fast.
  
  or you mean when u wash light colour garment together with dark colour garments and it backstained. So just seperate them it will be ok.

  But I'm lazy and I just want to chuck everything into the fcuking washing machine.
