  does anyone know of any where with lower interest rates?

  private school... course fees ard 4 to 5k..

  Private school I tink cannot use parent CPF so I guess you need pay cold hard cash or approach bank for loan. How abt SingPost EzyCash? 4 - 5 K is still within the 8K limit can ask them.
