Didn't give reminder and somehow reverted to its original price when i did not renew, until i had to physically fill up a fresh form, and fax in it. Pac Net sucks. Not to mention its customer service hotline!!!! -
Pacific Net is horrible.
Starhub so far, is pretty good and their connection is stable. -

I think starhub getting more and more sucky.
If you take a look at the "offers" and "star buys" for their road shows, you would notice that most of their phones are usually more expensive than what M1 or Singtel is offering.
Also, they are getting less and less generous in giving out vouchers. My dad who spends an average of $50-60 a month received a paltry $50 voucher from starhub.
My friend told me that he got a $100 voucher from M1 and he averages $45-60 a month. And he did not even need to ask M1 for the incentive. It was automatically mailed to him when his contract was about to expire.
Im not sure about Singtel, but generally, is Starhub getting more kiam? -

i m definitely switching to starhub after my contract wif singnet end.. singnet is damn sucky loh.. approximately every 2-3 nites will dc for at least 1/2 an hr! nb.. call the helplines oso engaged.. ccb.. they always give the same reason --unforeseen technical problems

Any internet connection company more or less has such cases. Starhub has their fair share of probs. I heard more probs from my frens regarding starhub then Singtel or others. ya, the promotion is true. The NEC phone is free of charge. I got it from starhub. I pay for the sim card then i cancelled the line after one week. They really let me cancel it then i pay for wat i used for that line for a week. That's all. Not hidden charges.
