All of us are used to good life in singapore and spend as and when we want. ever consider hw to save up money for a few days?
let's discuss what are some things to do, food to eat/not to eat and so on.....so that we can save the most money.

Don't take public transport.
Walk. -
Dont buy magazines-borrow from library
Dont buy CDs-download! -
Don't waste energy walking, so you eat less, meaning you spend less on food.
Stay home.
Sleep. -
dun renew p-membership when it expires

but hw to go thru normal wrking life/social life by being on budget? -
Don't listen to your ipod or radio, hum the songs you want to hear.

eat 2 dollars zhi char everyday... don't have to eat too many dishes. zhi char works in such a way that you will get hungry quickly no matter how much you eat.
learn to freeload. use your colleague's stationary.
don't buy drinks. drink water from home. -

zap chai peng is basically rice with veggies and meat and other dishes
zi char are usually this stall that are like mini restaurant, and which serve dishes from hokkien mee to sweet sour pork
that one where they sometimes serve crabs and frogs -

Thats the way. Why settle for something lower when you have better all these while & can even have the Best in days to come. I rather let the lifestyle remains the way it has always been if not it must definitely be better!
