the more u worry while u're eating the easier to get fat. very true ok.
juz drink a lot a lot a lot of water everyday.
drink healthy soups [cantonese soups like Lian ou tang, Hei dou tang, etc..] drink these and skin also won't have pimples.
eat rice. eat every meal. eat everything. but the right amount la.. one bowl of rice per meal~.
cut down on salt intake bcoz got too much salt will not only cause kidney failure, it will also cause water retention.
and the usual stuff like dun drink canned drinks etc..
eat chocolate for good skin. chocolate is not fattening ok. drink full cream milk for good bones. not fattening too.
well, the above are wat i do la, u can follow or choose not to follow
