  My mother tried to lose weight by eating less meat and eating more veggies, loss 5kg in 1month... after that.. loss lesser and lesser, weigh lesser but quite stable...

  my friend had tried X-trim..and many other types..4got da brands liao..but now she got abit of liver problem..better not consume orally..if apply topically not so serious..the most u get rashes or redness rather than liver failure rite? The best method is to exercise..balanced diet..as usual loh..

  as for to lose fats around hips, i guess is to exercise target that area or injection those fats melting solution by doctors.

  another way is to use acupunture to target those area....
