  Strangely, sometime back I had also receive some missed calls from numbers starting with 6222
  
  all different numberss, but start with 6222

  CID is at duxton or neil rd there. So is Commercial Affairs Dept. All housed at Cantonment Complex!

  all your numbers belong to SingTel City South Telephone Exchange at Choon Guan St, a annexe building of International Plaza.
  
  So the numbers are likely to be in the neighbouring vicinity e.g. Tg Pagar, Spottiswoode, Marina South, Shenton Way, Marina/Suntec, City Hall, Neil Rd and Maxwell area.
  
  the subs 02/27/31/39 do not have fixed vicinities.

  if u wan to check out on CID numbers, best consult s'pore govt directory. $10 thick book update biannually. more numbers than ur phone book can offer about govt office numbers.
