I mean Heavy Metal bands like Kiss, Ozzy Osbourne, Megadeth, Iron Maiden, Marilyn Manson... Are they REALLY satanic? I am not sure but I love their songs very much... Any ideas? My girlfriend breakup with me because of me listening to Metal songs and somemore she is a christian. Q: Are they (Heavy Metal) really satanic?

mmm i used to lsiten to heavy metal budden ever since my pastor preached about it being the lowest form of music i ahd to give it up nia..palents dun lyk. anyway yes, some like kiss n metallica are satanic. i dunno abt iron maiden but i listened to it all the time

im a christian but i listen to metal like iron maiden and metallica too.... metallca is prob not satanic.. iron maiden could be.. but doesnt really matter to me i juz hear it to learn the guitar riffs

You should dump her for being so narrow-minded, listening to a certain kind of music won't make you like what the music lyrics or musicians do in their songs or stage unless you really follow it. For example I love listening to emo rock but does it means I silt my wrist, wear eyeliners and cry in the corner? I am a very big fan of heavy metal. Nope, I think people are just stereotyping and saying all heavy metal songs are satanic.
What I feel is that heavy metal is just another form of music, it's whether one can appreciate it or not, and not whether it's satanic. -
