Qns about Marketing

I intend to take Marketing from NYP if I can, Just a question.. Besides being those in stores dudes introducing products, Can I be in the backroom thinking about how to market goods because I enjoy those kind of things

But executing is also behind the scenes? No need go out? Still remain in closed door blow air-con and execute? Do you mean pass order to ppl outside to execute izit? basic lower but got commission, if good can earn more than the behind-the-scene marketing person who did all the sh!t job before the product can even sell -
As I am not in that line, can briefly describe the tasks that are to be done behind the scenes?
