  hehe for all IT nuts out there. For me LINUX is the best! Why? Because it is FREE. It is an OPEN SCOURE, i can edit it all for all i care =D There are currently only TWO VIRUIES recorded =) Ain't linux great ? The interface of linux can be edited unlike plain ugly windows =p Okay that is my veiw, hope to hear more veiws of linux and windows =)

  It has been a long time since I keep myself updated with Linux progress from 1995. So now 11 years later how have Linux changed? Are RedHat, Mandrake still ard? Wat are the major Linux companies nowadays?

  Red Hat, Mandrake are still around. Some of the popular distributions are Red Hat, Mandrake, FreeBSD and SuSe.
  
  Red Hat now even has a certification program.
  
  Major companies that I know are Red Hat and SuSe.
