I prefer bonus as it can run into 2 - 3 months which definitely better than that miserly increment. For employers it is better as usually bonus is based on past year contribution so you contribute you get money.
For salary increment, if you increase based on employee past year achievement wat if for subsequent months he/she is not performing? You still gotta pay that increment monthly. This is lose deal !
So I think for employers bonus payout is better and I as employee prefer bonus payout as I wanna work hard for my money. I do not subsribe to the concept of due to my past achievements, I can use that to earn and eat for the rest of my life. Tat is cheating money from employers![]()

So every time a senior person left with a vacant post, alot of wannabes will be eyeing that post and all sorts of politik game start to show. I always have a fun day watch the games they play. They are good... all Uni educated..... hmmm..... I guess a Uni education prepare one to play politik game very well
