weird funny sniggling

I have this case of hearing weird noise when im alone
When i was in my pre house,i used to hear some weird sounds
I cant exactly tell u how it is
but It goes 'he he he he he'
sounds pretty 'rubbery'
and as tho someone is sniggling
i heard it multi time in my old house,when i was bathing...thought it was juz some water pipes and movement of presure within the pipes
however,in my new house,juz 2 days back while studying in the living room at arnd 1am+
was alone and everyone was asleep
heard the sound again...
very clearly and as loud as someone talking to u in a normal tone
the sound was beside me...
again it went 'he he he he he'
and goes softer after each sec
a while later...the sound stopped but then it went on again,in the balcony
i saw nth but from the level of loudness,i can feel that its from the living room and as tho there was a prescense
But tired and more into my studies,i totally didnt bother it except felt curious and frustrated to what that noise was
I always knew i culd feel 'those things'
at times,i feel a sudden shiver...felt it when i was young too
but attributed it to mayb body mechanism of something else
until recently in the years and with the knowledge of others then did i know i culd sense those things
i never actually saw those stuff b4 anyway
is it something more that what it is?

When I was younger I tend to hear someone call my name
But I always dismissed it as my imagination because it's always barely a whisper
I have also heard the mischevious "heeheeheeheehee" laughther when I woke up in the middle of the night as a kid too but I never really thought much about it too
As I grew older, all these weird sounds just disappeared
