ENG WAH LOUSY SERVICE - Asked to leave before film ended

We were watching Pirates of the Carribean and we were told to leave while waiting through the credits for the "secret ending". They came up with reasons like the next group of patrons was going to enter already and we have to leave no matter what.
It's not about whether the secret ending is worth watching or not but the attitude and service from them.
Anyone encountered this before? -

How can liddat one? When you pay to watch the movie, you pay to watch the end credits too!!!

Yes, when we don't want to leave. The lady got someone more hostile to ask us to leave. But all of us including other patrons still stayed as well.
Guess what? The patrons for the next film can even see the credits/secret ending from the Pirates 2 after they are seated. What is this man?
I sent 3 times of e-mail to their feedback/marketing/sales manager.. but none replied.
So i decided to post in forums. -
actually i think u can lodge a complain to the management ...and they will compensate u...

they are probably looking for the missing template.

Yar. Just go complain to management. Confirm they will compensate. Or offer you a private screening just to watch the credits.

See, you don't get these kind of troubles if you d/l and watch the movie at home. No aunties to nag at you, no complaint letters to pen out, and best, you get to watch the end credits.

When you walked out the theatre that day, you resigned to the fate that nothing is going to be done.
