  i started a topic like this a few months back, its when your mind is about to go to sleep then the body jerks as the nervous system shuts down to prevent u from moving about in ur bed and acting out your nightmares.

  recently i dream i was fighting with someone then i kick the idiot then i woke up.. I kick my dog in the process.. is this part of it?
