Which has a higher chance of Survival? Shark or Croc attack?

Damage wise, I think the croc can inflict more damage if u are caught in it's jaws.
However, if we take into account the environment, I think u can have a higher chance of survival when attacked by a croc!
why?
Croc's natural habitat: River/swamp
Escape option :Swim to the river bank and run for your life.
Shark's natural habitat: Deep sea/ ocean
Escape option: NIL (unless a passing boat/ship rescues u...it's too far for u to swim to shore )
Also, do note the hunting "habits" of both predators.
Croc: Usually stalks the prey slowly first and only speeds up when it's quite near the prey. Also, they have a habit of mauling the prey and letting it die first before eating it. sometimes the croc leaves the "dead" prey unwatched, which gives it the chance to escape.
Shark: Swims at full speed at the prey and bites it! Will not stop until it is finished with its meal. Seldom stalk its prey when its in the water. (might follow some ships in hope of catching a quick bite )
Verdict: U will have a higher chance of survival during a Croc attack!

Seriously, if u are strong enough and the swamp is shallow enough to stand in, u can have the option of climbing up the mangrove trees and await help!
In the sea, u will be fighting just to stay above water and to catch your breath. Also, there is no sticks or rocks u can use to hit the shark.. how to fight it?

As you can see Croc lives in river of swamp and they feed on anything which they can find even dead bodies. It is common knowledge that Croc's teeth are fill with many types of bacteria. If you were to be biten by a Croc, most likely you'll suffer bacteria infection. If the doc couldn't find out which type the bacteria infection you're having, you're dying a slow death.
